This is a demo. The sandbox runs in your browser with made-up sample data: no payment is taken and nothing in it is stored or sent. The request form further down is the only part that sends anything. Pricing and onboarding are discussed on the call.
1. Book a tandem (sandbox)
Play the customer: pick a date and slot, choose a package, add optional video and enter weight and age. Then see a simulated deposit step.
Sample data. Prices, availability, weight and age limits and the deposit percentage below are invented for illustration. Each dropzone would set its own. Please do not enter real personal details or card numbers. No payment is taken.

2. Weather hold, without the text-message marathon
Play the operator: choose a date and window, press Weather hold, and watch affected bookings move to a reschedule queue with a templated message. Any tandem you booked above is included.

3. Manifest handoff: a confirmed tandem becomes a manifest slot
Pick a confirmed sample booking and see how its details could carry over to a manifest line, so nobody retypes weight, video or waiver status on the day.

Guests choose date, slot, package and optional video themselves, with your limits applied up front instead of by phone.
Deposits
A deposit step at booking time to cut down on no-shows. Amounts and policy are yours to set.
Reschedule
Weather holds move affected bookings into a queue with a ready-to-send message and a quicker path to a new slot.
Waiver link
Each booking can carry a link to the tandem waiver so status is visible before the guest arrives.
Manifest sync
Confirmed tandems flow to a manifest slot with weight, video and waiver status attached.

Questions dropzone owners ask
Can we migrate from our current booking tool?
That is scoped on the call. We would look at what your current tool or spreadsheet can export, such as upcoming bookings and customer contacts, and what a sensible cut-over date looks like. We will not promise what any other tool exports until we have seen it.
Who owns our customer and booking data?
The intent is that your dropzone owns its customer and booking records and can get them out. Exact terms are confirmed in writing before you commit to anything, and we are happy to discuss them on the call.
What is still in development?
This page is a browser-only demo with sample data. The deposit step, the weather-hold messaging and the manifest and waiver handoff are simulated here. We will go through which parts are available today, which are in development and which depend on your setup, so you are not surprised later.
Is this approved by USPA, insurers or a payment processor?
We make no such claims on this page. Your dropzone’s own safety, insurance, waiver and payment obligations remain yours, and anything relevant is discussed openly on the call.
How does this compare with other dropzone software?
We position this as an alternative to your current booking routine or tool, not a feature-for-feature comparison. The best test is whether the demo solves your real booking, weather and manifest headaches.
