The call
Does it ring through? Who answers, how fast, and how are they to deal with? Is there a clear next step for the seller, or a dead end?
You pay for ads, Google Business listings and walk-in traffic. But do you know what a seller experiences when they ring the store, text a question, send photos of a piece, ask for directions, or walk up to the counter? The Seller-Path Check finds out, store by store, on a real phone, performed by a person.
Human-performed. Written report, fix tickets, a readout and one re-test. We don't promise sales or results; we show you what's there.
Six touchpoints, tested at every store in scope, the way a real seller would use them.
Does it ring through? Who answers, how fast, and how are they to deal with? Is there a clear next step for the seller, or a dead end?
We text the number you publish. Does anyone reply, how long does it take, and does the reply actually help a seller decide to come in?
We send photos of an ordinary, lawfully owned item through the channels you list. Does it arrive, is it seen, and does a person respond?
We follow the directions from your listings on foot or transit. Does the pin land at the right door, the right entrance, the right floor?
Do the hours on your website, Google listing and door match each other, and match whether someone is actually there to help?
When a seller arrives, is the welcome clear and the process easy to follow? Did the earlier inquiry make it to the people at the counter, or did they start from zero?
Four steps. You stay in control of the scope.
You send store names, boroughs and the phone, text and photo channels you advertise. We confirm scope, price and timing with you by email.
A person on our team goes through each store's seller path on a real phone, the way a real seller would, and notes what happens.
You get a written report per store, plus developer/web-fix tickets for anything that can be fixed on your listings or site.
We walk you through the findings in a readout. After you've made fixes, we run one re-test.
Everything is written down, specific to each store, and built so someone can act on it.
The report describes what we observed on the day. It doesn't promise any commercial outcome.

Have one store, or more than ten? Tell us on the form and we'll reply with what's possible.
Seller-Path Monthly is optional. It's a recurring version of this check. We only discuss it at the readout, and only if it's useful to you. Nothing on this page asks you to sign up for it. The Seller-Path Check stands on its own.
Straight answers on how the check is done.
