Relaycairn · Inbox Fix Book my Inbox Fix

Request received

Thanks. Your Inbox Fix request is in.

Nothing has been charged and no card is needed. Here is exactly what happens next.

  1. We email you to confirm a time

We'll reply to the email address you gave us to agree on a screen-share time that suits your office. Replies come from julien@relaycairn.com, so please check your spam folder and add that address to your contacts.

  2. We check your public DNS records first

Before we talk, we look at your domain's public records, if you gave us a domain, and tell you what is missing or wrong. We don't need any access for this.

  3. Short screen-share, you click every change

We guide you through each change in your own accounts. We never ask for, hold, or store passwords.

  4. Re-test, then payment only if it passes

We re-test SPF, DKIM and DMARC and send you the result in writing.

When you pay: only after a passing re-test

If SPF, DKIM and DMARC all pass within 48 hours of the end of our session, we email you the written result together with a secure invoice link for the $149 (one domain).

If the re-test doesn't pass, we don't send an invoice and you owe nothing. Please don't pay anyone who asks for money before then and says they are us. We never take payment up front.

Have these ready for the session

  • The administrator login for wherever your domain's DNS is managed (often your registrar or web host). If you're not sure who has it, tell us in your reply and we'll help work it out.
  • The administrator login for your email provider.
  • A list of any other services that send email as your domain, such as billing software, a newsletter tool or a reminder system.

For small offices in New Hampshire & Maine

Your emails may be going to spam or bouncing, and you may not know it.

Invoices, quotes and appointment reminders are the mail you can least afford to lose. When your domain's email authentication is missing or broken, receiving servers can't tell your mail from a forgery, so they may junk it or reject it, often without telling you or your customer.

We fix your email authentication in one screen-share session. $149. You pay only if it passes within 48 hours.

We never ask for or hold your passwords. You click every change yourself while we guide you.

Free preview

Check my domain

Type your domain and see what the public DNS records say about SPF, DMARC and DKIM right now. Nothing to sign in to, and no passwords.

Preview only. It is not the official pass/fail re-test, which happens after our session. It reads public DNS through Cloudflare's public DNS-over-HTTPS service, so the domain you type is sent to Cloudflare for the lookup. DKIM is checked only at common selector names, so "not detected" does not always mean missing.

How it works

Four steps, one short session

Built for busy owners and office managers. No technical background needed.

  1. Free check of your public DNS records

We look up your domain's public records, the same ones any mail server can see, and tell you what is missing or wrong. No access to anything of yours is needed for this.

  2. A short screen-share

We book a time that suits your office and meet on a screen-share. We walk through exactly what needs to change and why.

  3. You click every change, we guide

You sign in to your own accounts and make each change yourself while we tell you where to click. We never hold, ask for, or store passwords or credentials.

  4. Re-test with a pass/fail result

We re-test SPF, DKIM and DMARC and send you the result in writing. If it passes, you pay. If it doesn't pass within 48 hours, you don't.

What gets fixed

Three checks, in plain English

Think of them as ID for your email. Receiving servers look for all three before they trust a message that says it's from you.

SPF

The approved sender list

A public list of the services allowed to send email as your domain, such as your mail host. If it's missing, wrong, or lists the wrong service, your real mail can look fake.

DKIM

The tamper-proof seal

A digital signature added to every message you send. It lets the receiver confirm the mail really came from you and wasn't altered on the way.

DMARC

The instructions for failures

A short record that tells receivers what to do when SPF or DKIM fail, and where to send reports. It's the piece most small offices have never set up.

What we check and fix

  • Your SPF record: present, valid, and listing your actual mail host
  • Common SPF mistakes, such as duplicate records or too many lookups
  • DKIM signing turned on and published for your mail host
  • A DMARC record published and aligned with SPF and DKIM
  • A final pass/fail re-test of all three

We start DMARC in a monitoring-only policy so nothing you rely on gets blocked. Tightening it later is your choice and is not part of this fix.

Common hosts we work with

  • Google Workspace
  • Microsoft 365
  • GoDaddy
  • Squarespace
  • Network Solutions

Using another provider? Tell us on the form and we'll say up front whether we can help.

If other services also send email as your domain (billing software, a newsletter tool, a reminder system), tell us. We'll flag them, and some may need their own setup on their side.

Product names belong to their owners. Relaycairn is independent and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or a partner of any of these companies.

The guarantee

You pay only if the re-test passes within 48 hours.

After our session, we re-test SPF, DKIM and DMARC. If all three pass within 48 hours, we email you the written result together with a secure invoice link for the $149. If they don't pass, no invoice is sent and you owe nothing. Payment is requested only after the passing re-test, and no card is taken on this page.

The limits, stated plainly

  • The fix covers your authentication records (SPF, DKIM, DMARC). It does not guarantee inbox placement.
  • It does not cover unrelated deliverability problems, such as a blocklisted IP address, a poor sending reputation, or message content that triggers spam filters.
  • The 48 hours run from the end of our session. Authentication records usually take effect quickly, but DNS changes can occasionally take longer to propagate.
  • It requires an administrator login for your DNS and mail host, which you operate yourself during the session.
  • "Pass" means the re-test shows SPF, DKIM and DMARC passing for your domain. It is a technical result, not a promise about any one recipient's spam filter.

Questions

Frequently asked

Do you need my passwords or logins?

No. We never ask for, hold, or store passwords or credentials. You sign in to your own accounts during the screen-share and click each change yourself while we guide you. If you'd rather have an IT person or your web designer do the clicking, they can join the session.

How long does it take?

The screen-share session is meant to be short, and most of it is walking through a few settings. The 48-hour window for the passing re-test starts when the session ends. Some offices have more moving parts, such as several services sending mail, and we'll tell you if we expect that when we review your domain.

What if my registrar or host locks DNS?

This happens, for example when the domain was set up years ago by a web designer or the account is under someone else's login. We'll spot it in the free check where we can. If you can't get into the DNS settings, we'll help you work out who can, and we'll tell you before the session if we think it can't be done in time. If the records can't be changed and the re-test doesn't pass, you don't pay.

What if it fails the re-test?

You pay nothing, and no invoice is sent. We'll tell you plainly what's blocking it, whether that's a setting only your provider can change or something outside authentication. It's your information to use however you like.

Will this guarantee my emails reach the inbox?

No, and nobody honest can promise that. Proper authentication removes a major reason mail gets junked or rejected, but inbox placement also depends on things like sending reputation, blocklists and message content. We'll point out anything we notice, but the fix covers authentication records only.

When and how do I pay?

Only after the passing re-test. We'll email you the written result and a secure invoice link for the $149 at that point. If the re-test doesn't pass, we don't send one. Nothing is charged when you submit the form, and there is no payment on this page.

What does "Check my domain" do, and is it private?

It looks up your domain's public DNS records (SPF, DMARC, a few common DKIM names and your mail host) and shows what it finds. The lookup goes through Cloudflare's public DNS-over-HTTPS service, so the domain you type is sent to Cloudflare, but nothing is sent to us unless you submit the booking form. It's a preview, not the official re-test. See our privacy policy.

Do you work with Google, Microsoft or my registrar?

No. Relaycairn is an independent service. We're familiar with the admin screens of common providers, but we have no partnership or affiliation with them.
